Hello Europe!

How does the Open Channels work in Europe?





Mr. Pérez Ramos (Spain) and Mr. Andreassen (Norway) told us about the situation in their countries.





Countries such as The Netherlands, Slowakia or Serbia followed.

Civil Society and Intercultural Dialogue

Thomas Krüger, president of the Federal Agency for Civic Education.


He gave an overview about the cultural diversity of the German society & Europe and highlighted the chances of the civil society as a mainspring for an intercultural Europe.




The European Year of Intercultural Dialogue

One of todays speakers was Ms. Karin Resetarits, Member of the European Parliament.




She spoke about the idea of the European Year, the future role of community media and claims its collaboration beyond the national borders.

After a warm welcome by our host Mr. Linke, the European Commissionar Ján Figel´ has opened the conference with a video message.
